PCGF2

A gene on chromosome 17q12 that encodes a protein that contains a RING finger motif and is similar to the polycomb group (PcG) gene products; it is thought to repress transcription of cytokines, chemokines and chemokine receptors, and thus plays a key role in lymphocyte differentiation and migration, and in immune responses.
