integral yoga

A form of yoga developed by guru Sri Ghose Aurobindo that synthesises traditional forms of yoga (e.g., bhakti yoga, hatha yoga, jnana yoga, karma yoga, raja yoga and others), but eliminates the excesses of some forms of yoga in which the students may pursue physical feats at the expense of spiritual enlightenment.
