1. to bring to a common center; to gather at one point.
2. to increase the strength by diminishing the bulk of, as of a liquid; to condense.
3. a drug or other preparation that has been strengthened by evaporation of its nonactive parts.

Hematology Any commercial product–eg, FEIBA–Factor VIII inhibitor by-passing activity that contain nonactivated factors IX, in addition to II, XI and X; PCCs may be used to ameliorate the intensity and duration of joint and soft tissue bleeding in hemophiliacs who produce factor VIII inhibitors; PCCs are 50% effective in staunching hemorrhage.
