Dateline: Riyadh ) Saudi-based Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (PetroRabigh) said it expects its fourth-quarter sales to be bolstered by the start of propylene oxide production.
Dow also completed a 40 KTA expansion of its propylene oxide (PO) name-plate capacity at its Stade facility in January of this year, bringing its total PO capacity at the plant to 630 KTA.
Dow says it can produce NOP products that match or exceed the performance of hydrocarbon-based polyols by creating optimized blends of NOPs and standard propylene oxide polyols.
