These treatments may include drugs such as digoxin, beta blockers (atenolol, metoprolol, propranolol), amiodarone, disopyramide, calcium antagonists (verapamil, diltiazam), sotalol, flecainide, procainamide, quinidine, propafenone, etc.
The two medications that are most connected with drug-induced lupus are hydralazine and procainamide.
Avoid co-administration with antiarrhythmic drugs that prolong the QT interval (quinidine, procainamide, amiodarone and sotalol).
