Prague ma·neu·ver

A technique for delivery of the fetus in breech position when the fetal occiput is posterior; the operator delivers the shoulders with one hand, while making pressure above the symphysis pubis with the other hand.

Method for the delivery of the aftercoming head in a breech delivery when the occiput is posterior. It is rarely used in the era of cesarean deliveries.
