Postharmastomum a genus of intestinal flukes (digenetic trematodes) in the family Brachylaemidae. Postharmastomum commutatus (syn. P. gallinarum) found in the ceca of fowl and other birds and may cause typhlitis. Postharmastomum suis occurs in the small intestine of pigs but causes little apparent injury.
