Drug slang A regional street term for any dark abuse substance—opium, amphetamine, marijuana
Nutrition A comestible prepared from ground and roasted beans of the cacao plant, Theobroma cacao, native to South America; it is composed of cocoa butter, a substance high in stearic acid, which is converted in vivo to oleic acid, which may lower cholesterol; 1/3 of cocoa butter is palmitic acid which increases cholesterol

A. i love chocolate. i especially like dark, concentrated chocolates. so i looked it up to find some medical info about it. i encountered this article in pubmed:

i'm not sure you'll have access to it but it generally gives a list of beneficial virtues of chocolate- increase cell survival and such . but all this experiments done on rats and with a great amount of chocolate.

QI've heard that plain chocolate can contain milk even though it's not listed in the ingredients.
Ingredients: For the mousse: 1 tsp instant coffee granules, 150g plain chocolate, with at least 60% cocoa solids, 3 large eggs, plus 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 4 tbsp spirit of your choice, 3 tbsp golden caster sugar.
