Hospital care adjective Referring to the hospital practice of charging ‘daily’ rates, in which the expenses incurred on a daily basis are averaged over the entire hospital census
Medical work noun A temporary employee (e.g., a nurse) who receives a higher hourly salary, but doesn’t get the benefits received by salaried employee (e.g., vacation and pension)
