Q. Is there something I could do in order to prevent headaches? I have headaches often and somebody told me that there're steps to be taken in order to prevent headaches so often... Please help...

A. It depends on the type of headach you have - migraine is different from tension of cluster headache. Some kinds of headache may be prevented with druds that a doctor may prescribe for you. I have been dealing with this unstable shoulder for more than 5 years now.
