A BUS tour operator is facing a charge of possessing an offensive weapon in connection with an alleged dispute with a rival firm, it was revealed yesterday.
The judge told him that it was the second time he had been out and about with an offensive weapon.
He is accused of possessing an offensive weapon, namely a piece of wood, two Section 39 assaults on police officers, criminal damage to a police van and affray.
