Q. Will this be good to build my strength to a level of better endurance? I am working to enhance my endurance and have good strength. I have started to work on this but I cannot understand that which way I should take this forward. I am mostly concentrating on aerobics and once a week I do yoga. Will this be good to build my strength to a level of better endurance?

A. those sport activities you picked up are great! but they will help you develop longer healthier muscles, better lungs and cardiovascular systems. what you need to do to complete it is maybe going to the gym twice a week (minimum) in order to work on body strength.

A. Your cardio is different and has no role and connection with endurance. The more you become stronger with exercises like aerobic and anaerobic the stronger your muscles, joints and your heart. Please, no extra supplementation is required and only balanced diet. You can increase on workout timing as endurance has a link with increased timing which it will give to your body and heart as well.
