Conclusions Raloxifene decreased fracture risk by 55% in women diagnosed with osteoporosis—absolute risk reduction (ARR) 2.4%; it decreased subsequent vertebral fracture risk by 30%, decreased breast cancer risk; effect on endometrial cancer is uncertain
