Mulberry Molar

mulberry molar,
a malformed first molar characterized by dwarfing of the cusps and hypertrophy of the enamel surrounding the cusp with agglomeration of masses of globules, giving it the appearance of a mulberry. It is seen in congenital syphilis and certain other diseases. Also called mulberry tooth.

An abnormal, mulberry-like lower deciduous—first molar—characterised by a dome-shaped crown, small biting surface and multiple cusps, which is classically seen in children with congenital syphilis
