(1) A hair graft which measures ≤ 2 mm on a side or in diameter (1996 definition).
(2) A graft containing 3–5 hair follicles (2012 definition).

Minigraft or micrograft

Transplantation of a small number of hair follicles, as few as one to three hairs, into a transplant site.
