Macmillan Unit

Any of the Macmillan Cancer Support units located throughout the UK, which provide a ranges of services for patients with cancer, including active treatment, diagnostics, postoperative breast care, outpatient information and support and palliative care. The most recently developed Macmillan Units have focused on providing space, art and gardens as way of helping cancer patients better cope with treatment and palliation.
