Yogurt
A smooth semisolid dairy product produced by fermenting milk with Lactobacillus acidophilus and other bacteria that convert lactose into lactic acid. It is regarded as a healthy food and among other benefits, lowers the incidence of respiratory problems, lactose intolerance and vaginal candidiasis

All of them sound fabulous but I finally went for maast borani - a yoghurt and spinach mixture served with fresh bread.
But the large oval platter was stacked with three dips (garbanzo and sesame hummus, yogurt and shallots maast o'moosier and the sesame-flavored, garlicky, eggplant and garbanzo bean spread called baba ghannouj, this one made with yogurt).
