MPS,

n myofascial pain syndrome, a disease nearly identical to fibromyalgia except for differences in occurrences and location of symptoms, related conditions, and available treatment options. In particular, persons diagnosed with this condition are more likely to experience pain in a localized area rather than the entire body, are less likely to have “morning stiffness,” and will not fatigue easily.
