rock which is largely calcium carbonate, used as a livestock feed when ground. Contains 38% calcium and is used as a calcium supplement. See also dolomite.

California has a wide variety of caves with a large concentration of lime stone caves just minutes from my home in the Sierra mother lode of central California.
The Ministry allocated six new sites for mineral activities for the year, and these were for exploitation of lime stone, pozlane, crushing materials, and sand in the regions of Riyadh, Makkah, Eastern Province, Al Baha and Jizan.
This coating can be made using around six kilograms of lime stone and adding around 30 litres of water, leaving it for two hours, then mixing it and making it into a thick solution.
