[lā′zər trālä′] Etymology: Edmund Leser, German surgeon, 1828-1916; Ulysse Trélat, French surgeon, 1828-1890 a condition of malignant cells present in the skin, characterized by the sudden onset of multiple seborrheic keratoses, with pruritus or enlargement of preexisting keratosis in older adults.
