Hemiblock accompanied by an anterior wall myocardial infarction is a particularly serious finding.
left anterior hemiblock a conduction block of the anterior superior division of the left bundle branch; left anterior hemiblock with acute anterior wall myocardial infarction is a particularly serious finding.
