Q. I'M 56 YEARS OLD FEMALE, PRETTY GOOD HEALTH. BUT LATELY I BEEN HAVING LIKE ELECTRIC SHOCK ON MY BODY.

A. How about medication withdrawl? Sometimes patients withdrawing from depression/anxiety medications will feel what is commonly descibed as "brief electic shock" or "shock-fright" If you are on any meds you may want to read the labels or consult a professional about blood levels

Q. I'm very much worried because of my late period. Hello, I hope I can get some help out here. I always had regular periods and never missed one. But this time, I have missed the date by 5 days. I am more confused as I am having the signs of periods but it does not come through. Also to add to my worry, I have been facing the symptoms of pregnancy. Well to be very honest, I had sex with my boy friend and we did not use condoms. I did realize that he ejaculated inside me. I am not really happy as I sincerely do not want to become pregnant now. Please help me. I am experiencing the following symptoms and hope someone can help me.Back ache, very tender breast, tired, cramps, more discharge than anytime, dizziness, nauseated. I would appreciate if someone can help me . I'm very much worried because of my late period.

A. Yes, I agree with mrfoot. next time you need to be more responsible to yourself, that's for your own sake.

what you need to do now is get yourself checked, you can use home pregnancy test, or just go to your doctor's practice. next time, I will suggest you and your boyfriend to use contraception methods (such as: condom, IUD, hormonal injection, pills, etc.)

Q. I suffer of lack in energy lately, any advice? I’m 35, usually a strong guy but for the past 3 weeks I’ve been sleeping all day, doing nothing while awake, having no energy to do anything. Any one know a reason or what should I do?

A. Have you tried changing your diet? You may lack of vitamins or other essential materials that can cause drowsiness. Try eating vegetables and fruits. Force yourself to do a daily walk, 25 minutes, that’s all. and could be you got an infection that will take some time…
