| The common brown garden snail (Cantareus aspersus) and members of at least four families of land snails shoot what's popularly called a love dart. Specimens of the land snail Helix aspersa were caged in five sites in the urban area of Ancona, Italy. The Cypress Opencast Mine, approved for New Zealand's west coast in a court decision last May, is also said to be home to a rare land snail. |
