levocardia /le·vo·car·dia/ (-kahr´de-ah) a term denoting normal position of the heart associated with transposition of other viscera (situs inversus).

Situs inversus of the viscera but with normal positioning of the heart on the left, usually associated with congenital cardiac lesions.
