The Spectranetics Corporation (NASDAQ:SPNC), Colorado Springs, has announced that the FDA has set the date of October 2, 2003 for a Circulatory System Devices Advisory Panel review of the company's Pre-Market Approval (PMA) Supplement based on its LACI (Laser Angioplasty to treat Critical Limb Ischemia) pivotal trial.
Bonds included in the LACI will use ratings from the three major ratings agencies, Fitch, Moody's, and Standard and Poor's, as a guideline to determine their asset class.
JPMorgan will trade products derived from the LACI on a 24 hour basis and expects that the majority of trading to occur during New York market hours.
