Scientists in Denmark reported that patients who daily consumed standardized rose hip powder (made from Dog Rose) experienced significantly less joint stiffness and pain, and an improved general well-being and mood after three to four months of treatment. Our findings demonstrated that a 6-week, twice-weekly program leads to reduced pain and joint stiffness as well as improved physical function, hip muscle strength, and quality of life in people with OA. Mild finger joint stiffness was observed, but no joint swelling. |
