Although there is little evidence documenting an association between the ATNR and trunk incurvation (lateral curvature of the trunk), Connolly and Michael[21] have documented a possible relationship between the ATNR and scoliosis in school-age children.
At both of these early visits, MAI concerns included generalized hypotonia, persistent primitive reflexes (asymmetrical tonic neck reflex, tonic labyrinthine reflexsupine, trunk incurvation reflex), delayed head-righting reactions, tremulousness, and delays in fine and gross motor milestones.
