Q. This is mostly for people who have ADHD/ ADD or know someone with it. How is it impacted your life? If you have ADHD/ADD, what type of an impact has it had on the people who are close to you? If you know someone with ADHD/ADD, how have they made an impact on your life?

A. My husband has ADD and prior to taking the medication he was a mess. Couldn't focus for long periods of time and moody as hell. He is much better now and a lot more pleasant to be around.

Q. what is the impact of masturbation? because I diden't find my girl?

A. the only physical impact i know is an addiction that can occur when doing it way too much. doing it releases chemicals in our brain in the pleasure areas. you can easily get addicted to it.

Q. How can I avoid the negative impact of the diet pills? My weight is 160 lb and I am just 5.5” and my age is 23. I have tried many diet patterns to reduce my weight but I lose the patience to continue. I sometimes think to take diet pills. I have heard that they help to lower the weight. I am also aware that they have serious negative impacts even. How can I avoid the negative impact of the diet pills?

A. I have taken diet pills and I have been benefitted. My weight lowered by 40 lb as of now. I also have controlled my diet these days for fatty foods and high carbohydrates. I have not done any exercises. I did not have any side effects.
