A genus of rapidly growing, saprobic fungi that are common laboratory contaminants.

Helminthosporium biseptatum
a fungus growing on onion grass (Romulea bulbocodium) and thought to contribute to its toxicity. Also found in maduromycosis lesions. Called also Drechslera spp.

bipolarisspicifera.
