A. latest researches indicates that there are no difference between white sugar and brow sugar. they are both contain carbohydrates, which is bad for you. about fructose - i don't think the difference is too big, one difference is that the intestine absorbs the glucose with other receptor Q. I feel we are healthy even though we do not cook good and nutritive foods like our neighbors. why is this? I love cooking for my family. My husband had married me only because I cook food which tastes really good. I have seen that my neighbor’s family always cooks healthy food unlike me. As I do cook healthy food items but I also cook foods which are not highly nutritive also. Once I cook I take care for taste of the food and right cooking time. I feel we are healthy even though we do not cook good and nutritive foods like our neighbors. why is this? A. Erica, one should consider that bad nutrition is not a fast actor in our health, it damages our body slowly but surly. the process of blood vessels narrowing is long and unnoticeable until it just breaks. that is because our body is an amazing machine that can endure many things until it brakes. don't let it fool you. Q. how do you treat being allergic to sort ofood but still have the option to enjoy the food you are allergic to? A. Severe allergic reaction (e.g. life threatening like anaphylaxis) usually require strict avoidance of the food that causes allergy. In other cases of allergy, there are treatments called immunotherapy in which the body is exposed to increasing amounts of the allergen that eventually makes the body tolerant to it. I heard it's done for bee allergy, but maybe it's done for food allergy - anyway, if you have any question regarding this subject, you may consult your doctor (this treatment is done by a specific doctor).
