A. It is a very difficlt situation to handle- having a child diagnosed with cancer all of a sudden from complete health. What you can do for your sister and nehphew is to simply be there and support- when she wants to talk, when she needs a break from everything, if help is needed in going to treatments or staying at the hospital- offer her to go and rest from time to time and take over. Other than that- you have to encourage her to think positively and to stick with the treatments no matter how hard it may get for her to watch her son in pain or inconvenience.

A. The best thing I can advise you is to eat less fat... you can notice that even if you lose weight, it always take the "love handles" more time to go away- that's cause you have to bring your fat level down for them to vanish. they stay there untill you show them you're serious... go to low fat- but no o%!!!

A. strenuous job is not good even without a baby on the way, and to the baby it's really unhealthy.
from my experience- there's no such thing as a strenuous job -there are stressed people. you might want to know how to handle the stress in your work. try Biofeedback, it can really do you good.
