With male patients, vesicles develop on the glans, foreskin and shaft of the penis.
The method most often used is direct surgery whereby the foreskin is held away from the glans with a clamp.
The foreskin is torn from the glans and slit lengthwise so that the circumcision instrument can be inserted.
