PIGG

A gene on chromosome 4p16.3 that encodes ethanolamine phosphate transferase, which forms a complex with PIGF and is involved in glycolipid and glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchor biosynthesis, transferring ethanolamine phosphate to the GPI second mannose.
