An area of tissue surrounding the female urethra and running along the roof of the vagina, postulated to be erectile and to enhance sexual arousal.
A 2–3 cm elevated zone of erotically sensitive neuroglandular tissue located inside the anterior vagina near the urethra, which has a high concentration of sensory nerves. It is linked to increased vaginal secretion similar to the male's prostate gland
