We analyzed maize samples using the VICAM AflaTest (VICAM, Watertown, MA, USA) immunoaffinity fluorometric method that quantitated total aflatoxin concentrations. DELFIA is a heterogeneous time-resolved fluorometric assay method in which an enhancement step assures high sensitivity and wide response range. A fluorometric capture enzymatic immunoassay (FEIA) (Neonatal Toxoplasma gondii, AniLabsystems, Helsinki, Finland) was used in 285,780 samples. |
