Q. I've been experiencing real bad flare-ups for a month already. Hello buddies, Amanda here. Anybody here with fibromyalgia - I've been experiencing real bad flare-ups for a month already. They are so painful. I tried lyrica and it didn't do anything for me.

A. Hi Amanda,
I to am one that can't take lyrica. I am taking tramadol and flexaril.
I take neurotin also. Try your meds and yoga, exercise(as you can tolerate), warm/hot baths, naps(when needed), getting as much sleep as possible, massage, support...talking realizing you are not alone! For alot of us stress triggers flare ups( mine have been kicking of late) and try to stay positive! Good luck and God Bless.

Q. My allergic reactions are flaring high. Is Chinese medicines is of any help? My allergic reactions are flaring high. I was told by my doctor that medicines will make all things well but I found no change and it comes every now and then. I am allergic to dust and every exposure of it will bring highly devastating results. Is Chinese medicines is of any help? What kinds of medicines are used?

A. Yes, Chinese medicines are worth trying. They can control your reactions and can also have the capabilities to cure many. My friend who had allergy was cured and is well and he is going well. I do not know what they use but my friend was cured by acupuncture and some dietary changes.
