17 and 27, revealed the manufacturer of the Radiation Analyzer (RAy) Film Dosimetry software product was not in conformance with the current GMP requirements of the QS regulations.
We checked the dose accuracy of the plan with three totally independent methods using micro chamber in solid water phantom, film dosimetry and an independent monitor unit check program; each of our measurements had excellent agreement with the plan.
