A composite resection of the right oropharynx with neck dissection and fibular free-flap reconstruction was performed. I can actually hear what I presume to be the fibular head slipping out and popping back into the socket when my left heel touches the ground. To evaluate PG's PROM at the ankle, measurements were taken with a goniometer of talocrual DF and PF, using the left fibular head and lateral border of the plantar surface of the foot for landmarks. |
