Aluminum-containing antacids: possible binding with antacid Drug-diagnostic tests. Liver function tests, serum creatinine: increased Drug-food. Any food: increased deferasirox bioavailability Patient monitoring• Perform baseline auditory and ophthalmic testing; repeat every 12 months.
