We reviewed the pathologic specimens of this case and confirmed the presence of abundant giant cells, endarteritis A case of calcification of the arteries and obliterative endarteritis associated with hydronephrosis in a child aged six months. Pathologic findings showed granulomatous inflammation with caseation necrosis, foreign body-type giant cells, and proliferative endarteritis with vascular occlusions. |
