I was here sparring but I was eating crap
at the weekends and sometimes even going on the ale at the weekends because I had no fight coming up.
You know, promote eating crap
and maybe we'll all feel a little more inclined not to.
The only way to fight the flab is to shut up, stop eating crap
, go to the gym and get on with it.
I love the lifestyle of the fighter; I don't like eating crap
so it's great when I'm training towards a big fight like this, however, I have been training hard all year round.
