Byline: Dubai Dubai Export Development Corporation (EDC) has signed a MoU with State Bank of India (SBI -- DIFC Branch) under which the bank will provide financial support and services to EDC members comprising of exporters and manufacturers in the UAE.
The focus of the meeting, hosted by Engineer Saed Al Awadi, Chief Executive Officer of EDC at the Grand Hyatt Dubai, was the development and promotion of bilateral trade opportunities between the two regions.
The alliance aims to "seek, share and offer exclusive knowledge, competence and support to each other and their partners, and develop a mutually rewarding and successful relationship," an EDC statement said.
