Bladé criteria

Objective criteria used to assess response to therapy in myeloma, based on M-protein response (by immunofixation electrophoresis), percentage of plasma cells in bone marrow, skeletal disease on X-rays. The criteria have been subsumed under the International Staging System for multiple myeloma.
