Double Horizontal Crease The presence of two horizontal creases located at the point where the convexity of the 'glutes' meets the vertical boundary of the posterior thigh and seen when the person stands erect. The first crease is normal, and is separated by a roll of fat from the second, which is caused by too much liposuction in one sitting and/or liposuction performed too aggressively on a 'banana butt.' Double horizontal creases are difficult to repair without scarring Want to thank TFD for its existence?
