We have not stopped sowing seeds though, and have been sowing some hardy annual seeds out of doors, straight into the ground where they will grow and flower - plants like the South African daisies, Dimorphotheca, with white, cream and buff-orange flowers.
Oranges blaze in tithonias and cosmos or glow in the peaches of dimorphotheca.
