Q. As my dreams were always to participate on the pageants, I would like to get more details. How do I start? Hi, I have great passion for body building and I have been dreaming from my young age on being a body builder. I do not have any professional training so far but have decided to take it for sure. I did generate a huge interest quite recently and would like to get trained on the same. I have identified few sources and I am looking forward to get trained and have my body in shape to be a part of a fitness competition. As my dreams were always to participate on the pageants, I would like to gather more details on the same. Can someone please help me on the same? How do I start?

A. i recommend building a better body image and not a bigger body. i understand the need to seem stronger, but it's training exercises that most of the time are unhealthy. i myself would like a better looking body, but not big and bulgy - that is to artificial. start swimming every morning and it'll build you a better proportional body.

Q. Can someone help me with details? good news………..I have been tested positive and planning for the next step cautiously. I would like to know whether intake of any medicine for pain such as aspirin during pregnancy are considered safe?. Would there be any problem on doing so? Also I have heard that during the last month of pregnancy, all medicines should be avoided. Can someone help me with details?

A. Happy news. Well I do not see problems with any of the medicines in general and medicines like Aspirin might not cause any problem. However during the period between 8th & 9th month and also during first trimester you must definitely try to reduce the usage and if possible do avoid these pain relievers unless very important. It has been told that they effect in birth deformities. But the chances are remote.
