Summer-run populations in the lower Yukon River drainage did not cluster exclusively with each other, including populations from the Kuskokwim River in western Alaska and Nushagak River from northern Bristol Bay in the dendrogram cluster.
From the dendrogram, researchers were able to create 3-D displays of the data that they could then rotate and examine from many different directions.
