delta V

The change in velocity of an object when it collides with another. In motor vehicle collisions, larger velocity changes cause more severe injuries.

Sixpoint Partners, a leading global investment bank serving the middle market, has closed its Delta-v Capital 2015, LP, with USD 232m raised through limited partner capital commitments and its co-invested fund, Delta-v Capital 2015 Access Fund, LP, the company said.
