A 124-page report by Lord Ara Darzi which addresses some long-standing and important weaknesses in health and healthcare in London. The Darzi Report provides a detailed strategy to address chronic inequalities in healthcare provision in London, including consolidation of DGHs and scaling up of some into major acute hospitals, and modernisation to deliver improved health and social care across Greater London.
