DTP vaccine
n.
A vaccine given to infants and children to immunize against diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis. Also called DPT vaccine.

DTP vaccine,
a combination of diphtheria and tetanus toxoids and acellular pertussis, administered intramuscularly for active immunization against these diseases.

DTP vaccine
A vaccine against diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis, which contains a mixture of formaldehyde-inactivated diphtheria and tetanus toxoids, and a sterile suspension of killed Bordetella pertussis Contraindications Acute febrile reaction; during suspected evolving neurologic illness; when a previous DTP resulted in an allergic reaction
